Six of Cups Tarot Card Meaning
- nostalgia
- innocence
- memories
- reunion
Six of Cups upright
The Six of Cups is the sweetness of remembering — childhood kindnesses, old loves, innocent joys returning. Let the past warm you without trying to move back into it.
Six of Cups reversed
Reversed, the Six of Cups cautions against living in the past. Nostalgia is a warm room, but you cannot grow there. Honour the memory and walk back into today.
How to read Six of Cups
Six of Cups belongs to the suit of Cups. The suit of water: love, emotions, friendship and intuition.
Sixes restore harmony: sharing, support and moving forward.
Upright, let its keywords guide the reading: nostalgia, innocence, memories, and reunion.
Reversed, the same themes are usually blocked, delayed or turned inward. Read the reversed meaning above with that in mind.
