After you send a card, tell us their birthday. We remind you six weeks before, in time to post the next one. Reminders are free, and you can turn them off anytime.
Where we post
We post to 24 countries. Allow about 5 business days in the UK, 7 in the US and 10 to 15 elsewhere. We plan around it, so your card still lands on the day you pick.

Questions about postcards
How much does it cost to send a postcard?
One price per card, shown before you start, with printing and postage included. There is no delivery fee at checkout and no subscription.
When will my card arrive?
You choose the arrival day. We work out when to post it for the country it is going to and show you the earliest possible date before you pay.
Which countries can I send to?
The US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and most of Europe. The designer only offers countries we can deliver to.
Can I use a photo of my pet?
Yes. Upload a clear photo and choose how it should look: painted in watercolor, storybook or golden-hour light, or the photo as it is. You see the front before you pay.
Can I send a card to a person, not a pet?
Of course. Most cards go to people: grandparents, friends, the pet sitter. Pick a ready design or put a photo of them on the front.
Can I change my card after paying?
Yes. The message, address and arrival day stay editable until we hand the card to the printer, a few days before it is posted.
What if I don't know their address?
Send them a link to confirm their own address. We use addresses only to post your cards, never for marketing.
What is the card like?
Printed in full color on thick card. The postcard is 6×4 inches with your message on the back. The greeting card is a 7×5 folded card posted in an envelope, with your message inside.
