Is there a Tails app? Using your deck on iPhone and Android

Yes! Our app is free. On the App Store (iPhone and iPad) it's called Tails Cards: Tarot & Oracle, and on Google Play it's Tails Cards.

Sign in with the email you used at checkout

The app uses the same account as our website, and your decks are linked to the email address you used when you bought them. Sign in with that same address:

• Email link (iPhone, iPad and Android): enter your email address and we'll send you a sign-in link. Open it on the same device. It expires after 15 minutes, so if it has expired, just ask for a new one.

• Sign in with Apple on iPhone and iPad, or Sign in with Google on Android. These find your decks when your Apple or Google account uses the same email address as your order. If you choose Apple's “Hide My Email”, Apple gives us a private address that won't match your order, so use the email link instead.

What you can do in the app

• See all your decks. Every tarot, oracle, Lenormand, runes and playing-card deck bought with your email address appears by itself, including decks still being created. Decks you buy on our website show up in the app automatically. Portraits, posters and other prints aren't shown in the app: open those from your order email.

• Do readings with your own cards. Lay out spreads with your own deck, from a one-card daily draw and Past, Present, Future to the Celtic Cross, with spreads made for oracle, Lenormand and runes decks too. A few extra spreads are for Deck Club members. No deck yet? You can try readings with our sample decks.

• Get a daily card. Add the Tails widget to your home screen to see a card from your own deck each day. It's the same card all day on every device, and it keeps track of your streak. You can also turn on a daily reminder notification at a time you choose. It's off until you switch it on.

• Look after your order. View your cards, make edits (they use the same edit allowance as on the website), check your delivery address, approve a printed deck for print, and follow it on its way to you.

• Download your files. Your high-resolution files open in your phone's browser, just as they do on the website.

Signed in but can't see your deck?

• Check the email address. This is almost always the cause. Sign out, then sign in with the email link using the address your order emails were sent to.

• Check it's a deck we list in the app. Portraits, posters and prints aren't shown in the app.
