Minor Arcana · Swords
Page of Swords Tarot Card Meaning
- curiosity
- mental agility
- vigilance
- new ideas
Page of Swords upright
The Page of Swords is the sharp, curious mind of a learner. Ask the awkward questions; chase the half-formed thought. Curiosity well-tended becomes a life of the mind.
Page of Swords reversed
Reversed, the Page of Swords warns of words thrown too quickly, or curiosity turned to cynicism. Ask before you accuse. The mind is sharp; let it also be kind.
How to read Page of Swords
Page of Swords belongs to the suit of Swords. The suit of air: thoughts, truth, decisions and conflict.
Pages are students and messengers: curiosity, news and first steps.
Upright, let its keywords guide the reading: curiosity, mental agility, vigilance, and new ideas.
Reversed, the same themes are usually blocked, delayed or turned inward. Read the reversed meaning above with that in mind.
