Where we deliver

We ship in most countries in the world, except some countries like North Korea, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Iran and some others – logistics in these locations is complicated due to sanctions and other world events. Our shipping is free worldwide.

How long does delivery take?

Your deck is produced after you approve it for print, and how long that takes depends on your edition: up to 14 business days for the deluxe printed deck, up to 21 business days for the standard edition, and up to 21 business days for the Collector's Edition. Delivery dates are estimates

Every deck is made to order. We keep no stock, because your deck doesn't exist until you approve it for print — there is no finished copy of a deck starring your pet sitting in a warehouse anywhere. Approving it starts a print run of exactly one, made from your photos, checked card by card and packed for you alone.

That's why the timings we quote are honest estimates rather than guarantees, and why an order can occasionally take longer than the window we show: a one-of-a-kind deck can't be picked off a shelf, a card that doesn't come out right is remade rather than shipped, and once your parcel is with a courier its route, paperwork, weather and local public holidays all have a say.

If your order runs long, nothing is lost — your deck was made only for you and is still on its way. You can follow it on your tracking page at any time, and you're always welcome to email support@tails-ai.com with your order number so we can look at your specific parcel.
