How do I make sure it looks like my pet?

Start with the free first card. If the likeness isn't right, try another photo. Once you own the deck, small fixes to any card are always free.

What cards are included in the deck?
Your deck includes all 78 cards — the 22 Major Arcana from The Fool to The World, plus the 56 Minor Arcana across four suits (Wands, Cups, Swords, Pentacles). Every card features the one you love, reimagined for that card.
Is my deck really one-of-a-kind?
Yes. Your deck starts from your own photo, so every card is unmistakably them — no two decks are alike, and yours is never reused. You choose the style, see the first card free before deciding, and can edit any card for free until it's exactly right. Commissioning a personal deck elsewhere typically costs $1,100–$25,000 and takes months. Yours is ready in minutes as a digital edition, and printed editions are made to order, just once, for you.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, front-facing portrait with good lighting works best. Make sure your face is fully visible and not obscured by sunglasses or hats. Higher resolution photos produce better results.
What is the quality of the personalized cards?
Each card is created at 300 DPI in high resolution, suitable for both digital use and professional printing. We tune every deck for detailed, artistic results.
What influences the price of your decks?
There are two main factors. First, every deck is made individually from your photo using specialized creative systems tailored to the product, which is what delivers the quality you see. Second, printed decks include production costs. Decks are cheap when mass-produced, but printing one unique deck with one unique design is much more expensive. We create your deck only for you, and it is only produced once (unless you order copy decks). That is what makes printed decks premium. How long does shipping take for the printed deck?
Printed decks are produced on premium 350gsm card stock and ship within 14-21 business days. Free worldwide delivery is included with every printed order.
What is your refund policy?
Every order comes with free edits in our built-in editor, so you can regenerate anything you don't love until it looks just right — and you can grab more edits anytime. Refunds are reserved for technical issues our team can't resolve, so if you ever get stuck, just email support@tails-ai.com and we'll sort it out.
Do I receive physical cards, or is this digital?
Every edition includes all 78 cards. Digital is a download of high-resolution card images, ready in minutes; the print-ready PDF adds a document sized for standard card stock so you can print locally. Want a real deck in your hands?
